| I've been searching for information about this as well, I've had no auto update to Google Play on my Tablo and since yesterday, most of the apps have disappeared from the Android Marketplace listings, only able to see a handful and a couple of my apps (games like Zenonia) that had in-app purchasing report that they cannot connect to the Android Marketplace. Not sure if this is just a temporary fault since AMP was working fine until then even after the Google Play launch, but it's had me worried in case it's something to do with the change and i'm not sure about downloading a Google Play apk from one of the android forum websites. (I'm still on the pre-installed Market, haven't manually updated to 3.4)
Any news on this yet?

| Ah, disregard my previous questions, I have the solution to updating to Google Play as well for those Tablo users waiting for it to happen on it's own, if i'm not the last one to come to this solution! xD
I took a chance and downloaded the Android Marketplace 3.44 apk from the site linked to from this forum's FAQ, installed it and then after launching the new marketplace version once and agreeing to the Google Play terms and came out of it, the Marketplace icon changed instantly to 'Play Shop'. I touched the new icon, another screen appeared stating 'Upgrading to Google Play', I pressed okay and then signed anothers set of terms and c's and I'm now looking at the snazzy new Google Play screen and a full set of apps and games, none missing like there was with the old stock Tablo Marketplace yesterday and today.
So to summarise: Install the Android Marketplace 3.44 apk first and it'll automatically update to Google Play after you launch it twice. Definitely a weight off my mind now!
