can anyone help a complete numpty?have just had tablo 7 delivered and i am unable to connect to the internet using wifi

i am with plusnet which is not listed.  Tablo is next to my netbook which is connected to wi fi

Can you confirm in the settings option that wi-fi is ticked and that under the wi-fi settings there is no wifi signal being received from any other wireless networks?

 If you have tried the above with no success then you will need to contact our team on monday which reopen at 10.00am via 0121 202 0030 and ask for technical.

hi tim, many thanks for your reply.i can confirm that wifi is ticked, the wifi notification is also ticked,networks are available  however these are the ones that charge per day? so how am i able to pick up my wifi that i am normally able to use with my notebook???

Any help would be appreciated.

The other option to try is in the router settings, check the encryption settings i.e if its WEP change to WPA  or WPA2.

Worth a try !
